OUR SERVICE COMMITTMENT TO YOU AS A VALUED CLIENT OR CUSTOMER OF

ALYVE NUTRITION AND ORGANICS 

 


As part of our Service Commitment to our Clients and Customers, we're making a Service Commitment Contract with our Customers. 

This policy is our written Service Commitment Contract with you, our Valued Clients and Customers, and states that:

"Product Orders placed, that are not received within our specified delivery time frames of 10 to 20 working days, (with the exception of backorders), shall receive the following:


  • Discount Voucher entitling the recipient to an additional 5% Discount off their next order, as well as FREE Postage on their next order.
  • This Discount Voucher will apply to the recipients entire order value - including any already discounted products.
  • This ultimately means that the Discount Voucher recipient, will receive a 15% - 70% discount off the RRP, as well as FREE Postage, on his/her next order.

Additionally, Clients and Customers who have placed product orders with us, can expect a weekly email about their order.

If a Customer does not receive a weekly email about their product order, he/she shall be entitled to a FULL REFUND OF THE POSTAGE COSTS on their existing order. This refund, shall be in addition to any 'product delay voucher' that the client or customer may be entitled to, due to delivery falling outside of our agreed 10 to 20 working days."

We feel that this policy is a necessary introduction as it puts us, as a business, on notice that poor customer service, or communication will not be accepted, and most importantly ensures ongoing protection for our clients and customers.
