As items are sometimes lost by Australia Post, Alyve Nutrition and Organics recommends that all customers choose Registered Post as their preferred postage method, as Australia Posts policy on Items sent by Express Post and Regular Post will not be replaced, refunded or insured for loss or damage.

WHEN WILL YOU POST MY ORDER AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

It's simple at Alyve Nutrition and Organics. We understand that quick delivery is of major importance. As such:

FOR PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT CARD (Only Available through PayPal)

  • 5 to 10 Working Days for Orders Placed prior to 2.30 pm Monday - Friday.
  • 6 to 12 Working Days for any Orders Placed after 2.30 pm Monday - Friday.
  • 7 to 21 Working Days for Remote Australia and Western Australia

FOR PAYMENTS VIA CHEQUE, BANK DEPOSIT, MONEY ORDER, PAYPAL (not Credit Cards)

  • Items will be posted within 24 hours of the funds clearing.

THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THESE is if the product you have requested is currently out of stock. If this is the case, we will notify you within 24hrs of receiving your order of the expected delivery time so that you may decide if you wish to proceed with the order, if you would like to change your order, or if you would prefer a refund until such times as the product/s are back in stock.

We Subsidise the Cost of Postage for Most Packages, by Setting a Base Fee for Regular Postage Items.

  Our Postage Fees are:

  • $7.95 for Orders Under $100.00.
  • $12.95 for Orders Over $100.05, but Under $200.00.
  • $16.95 for Orders Over $200.05, but Under $299.99.
  • FREE STANDARD POSTAGE for Orders Over $300.00
  • If you require your products to be shipped to you by Courier, Registered Post, Express Post, or to be Insured, the actual cost of these services will be added to your order.  Additionally, when shipping by one of these non-standard methods, the Maximum Postage Fee will be waived.


NOTE: BULK PRODUCTS and HEAVY ITEMS, such as Juicers, are NOT INCLUDED in the Flat Postage or Free

Postage, and are therefore Subject to Normal Postage Rates. We will however subsidise 50% of the Postage Costs

for Bulk Products.


 
Fees for International Orders:

The postage on most orders averages around $7.95 to $25.00.  Of course it all depends on where you live and what you order.  Postage prices will be calculated for you when you checkout. 


DO YOU POST DISCREETLY?

Most definitely. We understand that you don't want everyone knowing what you have purchased before you receive it. With this in mind, we post all items in discreet packaging so that they can not be seen prior to you opening your package. There is also no information on any post packaging that would identify either what you have purchased, or how much you have spent on your purchase. In the event of a delivery problem, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we resolve the situation.

International Orders - Larger sized orders require a Customs Declaration, which will include a brief description of the contents.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you have used Australia Posts Express Post or Registered Post, we are able to track your order. Australia Post provide an online tracking service for Express & Registered parcels.

You can use it by going to http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html (Please note that Australia Post do not update this system on a regular basis and it is not always a precise indication of where your order is). 

We will however notify you via Email, or Private Facebook message (if that is your preferred method) of when your order has been shipped. If you have elected for Express or Registered Post, we will also provide you with the tracking number.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

Most likely, there has been a delay with Australia Post. If you think that you have waited a reasonable amount of time, contact us and we will endeavour to find out what has happened.
